Ron Davis Racing Products has been manufacturing custom aluminum radiators for over 40 years for some of the most cutting- edge race cars, street vehicles, and industrial applications. Our CAD/CNC manufacturing assures repeatable fit within .020". High-density cores assure cooling in a small package, enabling the highest performance in a tight space. Fabricated tanks insure optimal fit and maximum strength, unlike stamped tanks with thinned walls from stretching material over a die. Welds are all TIG - no MIG welds or other mass-production methods.
It's not the least expensive way to build a radiator just the best way. From order to shipment, each step in the process is geared to add value to the customer not to cheapen the cost of manufacturing.
