Butler Performance ships orders to customers in all 50 states and internationally. We work with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide reliable, trackable shipping on all orders.
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days of order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days are typically processed same day. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery location. We offer:
Butler Performance offers free ground shipping on qualifying orders. Free shipping thresholds and eligible items are displayed at checkout. Some oversized or heavy items (engine blocks, complete engines) may not qualify for free shipping regardless of order total.
International orders ship via UPS International or USPS International. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. Butler Performance is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We do not misrepresent the value of international shipments on customs documentation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and take photos of any damage. We will arrange for replacement or correction at no cost to you.
