Butler Performance makes every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update pricing at any time. If a pricing error occurs on an order you've placed, we will contact you before processing payment. We are not obligated to honor incorrectly priced items.
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and personal checks (orders held until check clears).
Butler Performance ships to all 50 states and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Butler Performance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for complete return information. Returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will be refused or may incur a restocking fee.

Butler Performance's liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lawrence County, Tennessee.
