Butler Performance makes ordering easy — whether you prefer to shop online, call us, or email your parts list. Here's everything you need to know about placing an order and getting it to your door.
How to Order
Online: Browse our complete catalog at butlerperformance.com and add items to your cart. Checkout accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a tracking number when your order ships.
By Phone: Call us at (931) 829-2200, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM Central Time. Our team can take your order, answer technical questions, and help with part selection.
By Email: Send your parts list to customerservice@butlerperformance.com. Include part numbers if you have them, or describe what you need and we'll identify the correct parts.
Order Processing
In-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days are typically processed same day. We will contact you if any item is backordered or has a lead time longer than standard.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location. Estimated transit times from Lawrenceburg, TN:
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days depending on distance
- UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: Next business day
Order Status
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also call us at (931) 829-2200 for order status updates during business hours.
Special Orders
Some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer. We'll let you know the expected lead time before your order is placed. Most special orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
